A user gets an error when trying to search on the People Picker:
Error: "There was an error in callback"
Check permissions on the Registry Key:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Web Server Extensions\12.0\Secure
And make sure there is a Binary Value:
AppCredentialKey
And that the value is correct.
